Robert G. McMillen
Rob's practice focuses on general civil litigation and debtor/creditor relations primarily within the bankruptcy context. He serves as an advocate for both individual and business clients, guiding them through complicated creditor and debtor issues. Well known throughout eastern Washington as a progressive and creative practitioner, he is well versed in the complex and intricate nuances of bankruptcy law. He has the experience needed to represent consumers in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings as well as business and farm interests in reorganizations under Chapter 11 and 12.
Rob was born and raised in Blythe California, a farming community in the desert southwest. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned two degrees in 1995 one in Anthropology (B.A.) and another in Law and Society (B.A).
He attended Gonzaga University School of Law and received his degree in 1999. He was a member of Gonzaga Law Review.
Rob is admitted to practice in Federal and State courts in both Washington and Oregon. He is an adjunct professor at Columbia Basin College.
In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time outdoors and with his two young sons.
